It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers progressively based on your gaming activity. bcb33 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

All games on bcb33 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. There are no predetermined results in slots or card games.

A bet cannot be cancelled once placed. If a round is cancelled during a live game due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.

Any attempt to exploit a software bug or technical error to abnormally increase winnings will result in those winnings being voided, and action may be taken against the account.
